Warm Up

We always start the evening with a warm up. The reason, well, to get warmed up. If you are new, don’t worry; everyone remembers their first warm up and not having a clue what to do. No one will laugh and no one is bothered if you just shuffle on the spot. However, do move around and start to get loose.
