If you do e-mail, please be aware that we use a Spam controller called Spam Arrest, it will send you a message asking you to follow a link and enter a code to release the e-mail. If you don't do this, I should find your e-mail as I do scan the Spam folder reasonably regularly. If you release it yourself, I will get it much quicker.
